I wish I could be writing a very different review right now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entire now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entirely unable to speak with anyone. I have called AT LEAST 20 times in the last two weeks attempting to speak with anyone at the dealership and one of three things happen, they assure me someone will call me back - which I have never received a single call back, they forward me to a manager voicemail that is full and unable to leave a message so I am disconnected, or they place me on hold so long my call is dropped. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on a car and they don’t even have 5 minutes to speak with me concerning an issue with the car. So disappointing, would not recommend this dealership at all if you are looking for any sort of support and certainly have no faith in taking my car there for future service needs either. More

I was treated with respect, got a decent trade in allowance for my car. The only critique I have is that the advertised price should include the “Recon Fee” which they attach onto the advertised pric allowance for my car. That impacted the monthly payments goal I had in mind and caused me to put a larger down payment than I had planned to. Put the actual selling selling price on the upfront paperwork - be more transparent about that fact. More

Experience with sales team and finance manager was good. Only thing is that it took 6 hours and my financing was already lined up with my credit union when I walked in. Took way too long(10am-4pm).
