My family have used Luci Green at Germain Toyota many times over the years. I know that I can depend on her experience, knowledge, and long history at Germain to assist me in our car buying experience. times over the years. The staff at Germain Toyota of Colombus was so helpful. Especially Isabeau Mallast,she was efficient and very knowledgeable. Battery on used car need replaced 2 days after they sold the vehicle. There was a major $1500 safety defect in the interior that they SHOULD have known about. It took over 45 days to get the financial pap the vehicle. There was a major $1500 safety defect in the interior that they SHOULD have known about. This rating is really not for the entire dealership but for the salesperson we worked with, Luci Green. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Germain Toyota but I wanted to make sure that Luci got th for the salesperson we worked with, Luci Green. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Germain Toyota but I wanted to make sure that Luci got the recognition she deserves. We are out of state and from the outset, Luci was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She even went out of her way to make a special video of the vehicle we were interested in so we could see the condition up close to help make our decision. Luci was not pushy in any way, extremely professional, and very kind. If there's a chance of working with her again in the future we would welcome it! More

Wow i really mean wow. I am 66 yrs old have dealt with lot's of buys in my life. I am here to tell you this was up there with the best experience all the way around. Luci my wonderful sales person & lot's of buys in my life. I am here to tell you this was up there with the best experience all the way around. Luci my wonderful sales person & Brian my finance young man. I felt like they both honestly had my best interest at heart. All just completely a wonder experience. So very nice now days to be able to say that about a big company. It was a piece to drive up to there. Got lost, but to have gotten to meet so great & helpful people. I would get lost again to go back. I can not say enough about the people i got to meet & the company. I'm telling you Luci & Brian. First - I'd give a 5 based on my last service experience. But want to include my purchase experience from 9 mo ago...which deserves maybe a 2 star. Service - Matt was incredible. Appt scheduled for routi But want to include my purchase experience from 9 mo ago...which deserves maybe a 2 star. Service - Matt was incredible. Appt scheduled for routine maintenance, engine light came on a couple of days before appt. Found rodent damage (never knew it was possible). Learned from Matt that it's not covered by service agreements, but insurance usually covers it. I had a vacation planned and had to have my car in time to go 1.5 weeks away. Matt coordinated with my insurance co, talking to a few people, and kept me informed to ensure I got my car back in time. Kudos to my ins co too! I've brought more than one vehicle to this service and always satisfied. Extra kudos to Matt because he went above and beyond for me. Purchase - Saw evidence vehicle not cleaned, requested a couple of times, and was promised a couple of times that it would be detailed and it never was. Finance (Demetrius) was not clear of how costs were determined. Was very difficult to figure out how everything was determined. Felt rushed to finish up because it was late in the evening. For extra service agreements told 'it will only add (a couple of dollars) on monthly payment', but ends up being thousands to bottom line total (buyer beware). Finance didn't seek the best financing for me, I had to ask about other plans. Finance assumed of the type of service agreement I would want, and I had to request they change it when going over info. Made several calls to get explanations about the bottom line costs and how everything added up. Still not happy with what it ended up being, but stuck with it. More
