Over the past sixty years of being a licensed driver I have purchased many cars from numerous dealers. Over the past decade I have purchased each of my cars from Herb Chambers owned dealerships. No matter have purchased many cars from numerous dealers. Over the past decade I have purchased each of my cars from Herb Chambers owned dealerships. No matter which (Mini, Lincoln, Volvo) I have experienced what I would call high caliber attention both in the sales department and, longer term, in the service departments at each location. Most recently I was looking for a more fun experience so I went to the Herb Chambers Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge on Route 114 in Danvers to look at Jeep Wranglers. I now have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. I don’t impulse buy. So it took me three visits over three days with research at home to decide. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Kevin Deblas who became my sales person, to my second visit when I dealt with Lucas Manuele, an assistant manager because Kevin was off that day, to my experience with George Sanchez, the General Manager, I can honestly say that even given my previous laudable experiences with Herb Chambers dealerships, this one topped them all. Each of these professionals contributed to THE best auto acquiring experience I have had so far. Each of these individuals was knowledgeable and responded to my many questions completely and accurately. Anything which might have been an issue was dealt with promptly and knowledgeably. If it’s a better car buying experience you are looking for and one of their brands is in your thinking, I highly recommend you look up Kevin, Lucas or George at Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers.
