This was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. The physical plant was clean & spacious. Football played on a big screen TV. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. But what made the experience different from other dealerships was my salesperson. Lucas was knowledgeable, patient, informative, personable and extremely helpful. I’d give him a ten out of ten. I found exactly the truck I was looking for at a fair price and was treated professionally at every step. I highly recommend EchoPark to anyone shopping for a vehicle who knows what they want, knows what the market value of that car is and appreciates polite business interactions. I’ll be back to EchoPark when I’m searching for my next purchase, I’ll advise others to shop there and I’ll ask first if Lucas is available. More

Disappointing because the tires on my truck are actually better shape than the ones I was asking for. That’s my only reason for not giving five stars.
