I had been looking for my preferred Maserati combination and over an 8 month period and after getting to inspect cars advertised I was disillusioned. So when I saw the exact Maserati GranSport Spyder I was looking for on Lamborghini Dallas website and eBay, I approached the sale being very skeptical. From the first call John Hrad was very informative and straight forward, followed up on all the questions I asked for which he did not have information and sent additional photos, provided addition details on previous services, obtained the aftermarket radio manual from previous owner, etc. all in a friendly and professional manner. At no time did I feel like I was being given a “used car” sales pitch or being unduly pressured. The General Manager, Tim McKenna also made contact to make sure that I was in good hands, but again no sales gimmicks. The paperwork was simple and financial aspects were handled by the Financial Director, Louie, in a very courteous and professional manner and he got me a better deal than what I could do through my bank. When I arrived in Dallas to fetch my car (I did not want to ship it), there was a problem with the convertible top not operating. The top had been operating well but not on that morning. It was sent to the Maserati dealership that was able to get it working again. On the way back to Philadelphia it gave problems again. This was exactly the kind of problem that usually starts nightmares, however, when I called Lamborghini Dallas, John and Louie both kept their word and arranged with Algar Ferrari Maserati Philadelphia to have the top fixed. This is the kind of customer service that really stands out from the crowd. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas to anyone who would like to do “internet business” but is reserved about buying an upmarket car on this basis. Tim and Louie were the ultimate customer service people. I am not able to say car salesmen because that would be an insult. They made the process smooth and painless. I have purchased many vehicles and have never had a transaction be more pleasant. From the initial internet chat late at night with Tim about the car to the delivery of the car was outstanding. I arrived on a Friday night and was hoping it would be ready to go on Saturday. Isais picked me up at the hotel on Saturday morning and took me to the store. Unfortunately, my luck wasn't good. The tire that needed to be replaced didn't arrive. It was my choice to hope it was ready. The tire was something I didn't expect. Tim noticed it had quite a bit of wear and decided to have it replaced. The BMW dealer checked the car out while replacing the tire and found it needed a fan. This was replaced too. I dont know of many car dealers that would send a used car to a dealer for a "check-up". This is above and beyond. The poor timing left my wife without a car. We completed all of the paperwork in record time. Louie and Tim sent me on the way in a loaner Porsche. The car was delivered to Houston the next week. This is one of the best groups of people that I have found in the car business. I would recommend them to anyone. More

My dealings with Lamborghini Dallas could not have been better. This is my third transaction with the Boardwalk Auto Group (two others with their Ferrari dealership).
