At the beginning of transaction, you can establish trust and respect right away especially to John, Louie and Tim. Managers are down to earth, humble and very professional to handle tough negotiation. No pressures felt from them. They are not in a hurry for you to make decisions. They are not intimidating unlike the other dealership. They ensure that you made a pleasant and rewarding buying experience with them. The product that I got from them was extremely perfect. I never seen it personally during the buying process but I just relied on their description. When I got the product, it is perfect and flawless and exactly the description they gave it to me in the phone and e-mail. Buying on-line with them is not a thing that you think twice or three times or having doubts because it involves huge amount of money, it is the trust and respect you develop with them from the initial conversation (inquiry process). They even work with you during weekends. They even help you in getting the best and lowest interest rate in the nation.This is the dealership, the management and the staff that must prevails in all car dealers. I am a car enthusiast, and I will make business with them (John, Louie and Tim) in the future. Honestly, I made this review without the influence of the management, staff and the dealership . This is the real things that occurred in my first time making business with them. This Is the second gallardo I have purchased from Dallas Lamborghini. The first in 2007 from John hrad. i pulled up to the dealership in a very dirty dodge pickup, which is my ranch truck. But at the door I was still greeted as a regular customer never being inside the dealership, and no one inside knowing if I could afford the car or maybe just a hotwheel. I was still treated well. I purchased the car that day and kept it almost four years and just recently traded for a second 2011 gallardo with the same salesman John hrad.
