Great service ! I called that morning to setup an appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and was able to get in the same day. We had a really great service experience at Arlington Hts Ford. Lou Alfano and Mike Waddle listened to our concerns and made sure all were addressed. I have always had excellent and personal service and don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. and always service them here.
