I was somewhat apprehensive driving 200+ miles to purchase this vehicle. It was a pleasure to meet and be guided through the process by Lori. We could not have asked for or expect someone as charming as she was. She was not pushy, she had a great sense of humor, and we had a good back and forth rapport. We were able to drive home 200+ miles feeling very satisfied with how the day went. All of the persons we had contact with, were very pleasant and warm. Although i would not wish anyone having to have to drive that distant in order to purchase a vehicle, i can say that the people from your dealership will be very pleasant. More

I had a terrible experience with RBM of Alpharetta. I was shocked at how the salesperson whom I thought was nice, lied in my face when it was time to take delivery of the SUV that I ordered. She called me when my SUV was finally delivered to the dealership today. When I got there to take delivery of my vehicle, she then demanded that I pay an additional $25k over the MSRP which was not part of our agreement. I guess she forgot that we discussed this additional over the sticker price premium prior to my ordering this vehicle which I blatantly refused to pay and that she had to get the ok from her sales manager to build/ order my vehicle without addition premium. I remember waiting over 30 minutes for her to get approval from her sales manager. She told me how lucky I was that the manager finally agreed to order the G-Wagon without paying over the sticker. My vehicle finally gets here after waiting many months and then the salesperson demands that I pay the premium that was originally waived. I figured they sold my vehicle before it even got here for a higher price. That is very disappointing More
