The first time I was with my husband and the second time I went alone. Curiously when I went alone there was a laundry list of things “wrong” with my car including them claiming the oil pan was missing. Manager refuse to talk to my husband was he called wanting clarification. Went to Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake and they said everything check out great! Oil pan was not missing. DO NOT GO TO ELGIN TOYOTA!!!! More
