Lloyd Wilson was a great help. He explained the 30k service which I accepted and authorized. He offered a driver to take me home as the service would take a few hours. He texted me later to let me kn service which I accepted and authorized. He offered a driver to take me home as the service would take a few hours. He texted me later to let me know part of the scheduled service was done during a previous visit so that wouldn't be needed and the cost would be adjusted. He didn't try to upsell and I appreciated his honestly. You have a good man there working for you. More

Very kind friendly and helpful! Found that there was a recall on my AC condenser and the repair was free. Got frequent updates on the status of my service. Lloyd was wonderful. I had gotten new tires at BJs this week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go back to BJs which I did, and they replaced both sensors and apologized but then smaller off a wheel lug! I drove back to Joyce, Lloyd took my Odyssey immediately and had lug replaced. I then drove back to BJs and had them reimburse me for the lug and labor. Horrible day, not the way I wanted to spend my Sunday but Lloyd was so kind and understanding, he made it better. More
