We dropped in to test drive a vehicle at Karl Flammer Ford and Lloyd greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He answered all of our questions and gave us pricing. About an hour and a half later, we were back at Karl Flammer Ford to make a purchase! Bryan was able to take care of all the paperwork. Special shout out to Lucas, Susanne and Steve for all of their help. Great group to work with when buying a new vehicle. No sales pressure, no nonsense. We even received a call the next day asking us to come back in and sign paperwork as Susanne found another $500 discount for us! More

I worked with Lloyd in sales and Sal in finance. It was a very enjoyable process for the most part but with everything in life, there is a lesson. The dealership definitely had a hometown feel to the experience and not a corporate production. Lloyd in sales was very nice to work with along with Sal in finance. I would have appreciated more transparency in the end product, as I thought I was financing $17,500 for the vehicle in 60 months when in actuality came out with paperwork saying I paid $24,300 and financed $21,819.22 for 72 months. As we all know, the process of buying a vehicle is very lengthy and many signatures/initialing will make your head spin with your eyes glossing over. I would hope since there is so much experience on the business end, the customer would have full transparency and clarity from the person guiding them during the process, as I would think that is how they would want to be treated in an area of life that they we're fluent in by the professional guiding them. I would give Lloyd an A+. More
