When I arrived for my 9:30am appointment, I was told they didn't have the part for the recall ( the only service I was having done). I told them I spoke to you yesterday and my name was on the recall part. A didn't have the part for the recall ( the only service I was having done). I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour. Well, I didn't get my car until 11:47am! The same thing happened the last time I had service for an oil change.
