I found that this Dealership put Customer Satisfaction ahead of pricing. The Salesman Jon did not use high pressure sales tactics and told me everything about the 2016 Ford F150 I was thinking of buying a ahead of pricing. The Salesman Jon did not use high pressure sales tactics and told me everything about the 2016 Ford F150 I was thinking of buying and even gave me the Carfax so that I could examine the Service that had been performed on this truck. This made my choice of buying this truck easy for me to make. Alex did the finance stuff and he was GREAT as well. Lisa was also great taking my calls and answering questions I had the sales. I will certainly put them on the top of my list next time I am buying a used vehicle!!! More

I am very impressed with all of the staff at Tim's. Previously I owned a 2010 Ford Fusion which I had serviced at Tim's after M&M Ford closed and the transition to Tim's went very well. I now own a 2018 Subaru Forester which I purchased at Tim's and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase process. I hope to continue the servicing of my new vehicle at Tim's. More

Sean knew exactly what I wanted. The first truck he showed me (and the only truck I wanted to test drive at ANY dealership), I bought. It took a while to get plates and registration in MA due to the pa showed me (and the only truck I wanted to test drive at ANY dealership), I bought. It took a while to get plates and registration in MA due to the pandemic, but everyone at Tim’s were super helpful and highly accommodating offering an interim loner truck.
