Has been over a month since I traded in my car for a new BMW. They finally sent a check to pay off my trade in, 5 weeks after the trade. Sounds great huh, we'll just received e mail from finance company that I still owed them, that Sarasota bmw stopped payment on the check Called Sarasota bmw to tell them that check was stopped, was informed that's impossible because Sarasota bmw doesn't send checks, but their company " Morgan auto does. xxx who cares pay my car off. Been on the phone 5 times with sales manager and finance manager, three visits to dealership still not paid. Was also supposed to be paid a referral fee, still waiting But they probably stop payment on that check also They are very good with promises, but you need a dealer you can trust, not one that makes excuses!!!! More
