Before coming in to the dealership, I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Jwan Abdelmajid discussing my priorities, and she was helpful in u Before coming in to the dealership, I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Jwan Abdelmajid discussing my priorities, and she was helpful in understanding my wishes. She sent me emails with photos of models in the inventory with the specifications and features I was looking for. She then set up an appointment for me to come in. At the dealership, I was immediately met by sales agent Lisa Tringali, who put me at ease with her friendliness and attention to my wishes and questions. She was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, supportive, and guided me through the entire process of selecting a car. Near the end of the process, the young man who handled the insurance transfer & update (sorry, I don't remember his name) was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful, further helping to put my mind at ease with the entire process. Ray Abreu was excellent at going over the special features and setting up my phone to synchronize with the car.
