I arrived at 7:45 AM for an 8:00AM service appointment on 8/29/2024 for a warranty job that I had been told would take 45 minutes. Accordingly, I chose to wait. At 9:30 AM I checked on the status of my car and learned that it had not yet been moved to the shop area. I was informed that there was no way to know how long it would be until my car was serviced. This is not acceptable! At that point I chose to go home via shuttle rather than reschedule as an appointment apparently means nothing. The one star is for the courteous and efficient shuttle driver. If not for him, it would have been zero stars. More
