Very knowledgeable and accommodating I had my Wrangler serviced at Just For Jeeps. I’ve had all my upgrades and service by them. Recall and Brakes done as advertised I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was welcome news. Work was done with no problems afterwards. My only riticism (and the reason for 4 vs 5 stars) is that I had an appointment for 7;30 AM on a Friday, and at 1:00 I called to get status and they hadn't even brought it into the service bay yet. I could have slept later on my day off and brought the Wrangler in at noon if they weren't going to look at it until after lunch. More

Displeasure Service dept never called to advise work was completed (new install of damaged seat belt), then we arrived and found the wrong seat belt was installed Service dept never called to advise work was completed (new install of damaged seat belt), then we arrived and found the wrong seat belt was installed. Very aggravating to wait over one month for install, then have an improper install and have to back another time in the future to correct it again. There was a lack of communication between the service counter and install techs to verify the work. More
