It took a little while to get the car but it was Saturday and extremely busy so that was expected. I feel like my trade in was a little lower than it should have been but what can you do. Lindsay was great. We talked by phone on Friday and she checked the availability of some used cars. A test drive and meeting with Rob in finance...who was awesome as well...and a few hours later I drove off the lot in my new car. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. This is my third purchase from Heritage Toyota and every encounter seems better than the last.
