Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all of its features and did not push me to make any decisions. When I went back I was connected with Ron who was also amazing! He listened to all my concerns and really seemed to care about me as a customer. He & Lindsay, the sales manager, worked very hard to help me get out of my old infiniti lease and into a Volvo at a price I was comfortable with. Finally, Pat made the financing process quick and painless, and did not try to upsell me as hard as previous dealerships have which was appreciated. I will definitely be getting future Volvos from Prestige and will highly recommend them to all friends and family! More
