He asked me to bring in my Highlander the next day and he would arrange for a loaner car for me to use until the issue was resolved. He took personal oversight of the process and by the end of the day a problem that I had been having for 20K miles was fully resolved. And even though my extended warranty had recently expired, he made sure that the repairs needed on the previous work was covered. Paul and service advisor Linda did an excellent job of getting done what others had not been able to accomplish. More
