Hi, I just wanted to take a moment and congratulate you on the wonderful customer service I have received from Linda Ly in the Fleet Sales dept. I have shopped for the last two cars I have owned from the CSEA Union Auto Referral List for members on the CSEA website. This experience was a far cry from the last experience I had two and a half years ago when I bought a Nissan. I swore never to return to THAT dealer and I did not. I did not even return for service, preferring to go to another dealer. On the other hand I was so pleased with Linda's professional, honest and caring service, not to mention the the awesome deal that Linda gave me. She is tops and with no pressure sale or a hard sell. I appreciate that a bunch! Wish I could say the same for financing but then it is what it is. I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen to go to Norm Reeves and ask for Linda. The finance guy, Murat Tiryaki, is a warm and gentle family man - honest and easygoing. We were on the market for a new CRV but wisely decided to go for the 2010 ACCORD EX-L instead. The Accord is considered a higly revered car. We were referred to Linda, who does internet sales, at Norm Re go for the 2010 ACCORD EX-L instead. The Accord is considered a higly revered car. We were referred to Linda, who does internet sales, at Norm Reeves Honda at Cerritos, CA. Over the phone, we were not so sure if it's worth the trip from Burbank to drive far away to Cerritos. But after calling back and forth and Linda making sure they have EXACTLY the Accord we're looking for, and have agreed on pricing, we're glad we went to NRH on Saturday,3/13/2010. The Accord we wanted did not come with those "dealer-added" options/accessories that can jack-up the price of the car. Linda carried out the whole car selling/buying transaction easily. She even made sure we got the best trade-in value for my 1996 Civic. And we did because we didn't put any money down for our purchase. Next, at Finance is Mr. Murat, who seems (my initial reaction!) like a villain from some Indy Jones movie. But later turned out to be the jolly and gentle giant that he is. There is no "sugar-coating" with this finance guy. No hocus-pocus-abracadabra, ka-bammm surprises! Murat stuck on our agreed pricing. The whole time we were working on the numbers/monthly payments, Murat had his computer screen shown to us, inputing figures, NO sleight of hand magic here! Overall, this whole transaction was painless, we are very satisfied!!! If only most car dealers would operate this way. Go to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, make sure to ask for LINDA at Internet sales and you'll be taken care of. And hope that Mr. Murat, the gentle-giant, handles your financing as well! However, I have to knock-off 1 star because 1 masterkey and valet key was not available when we drove our Accord home that Saturday. I have to come back for it on Tuesday. Hey, its quite a drive.
