I took my car to repair a scratch on a door and the repair manager tells me that they are behind in work and that the next appointment is in a month, what happens with the service ?? Do not bring your vehicle here. They had my car for about 5 weeks to do simple work. Did not fix issues. Did not perform service. Tried to make a big deal that they didn’t charge me They had my car for about 5 weeks to do simple work. Did not fix issues. Did not perform service. Tried to make a big deal that they didn’t charge me for work they didn’t do, but I spent over $500 on rental car while they did very little. Zero communication. Seems most of management quit. Nobody had any idea what was going on. Extremely frustrating. Nobody returns calls. Zero stars. More

I had the worst time dealing with Helen. I could not get an update from her the whole time I tried talking to her. The first time I had to ride my bike to the dealer and speak with Bill the I could not get an update from her the whole time I tried talking to her. The first time I had to ride my bike to the dealer and speak with Bill the manager. Then a few days later I still could not get any info from Helen so I called and spoke to a nice young lady who told me the car is ready. I went up there and Helen still had no idea what was going on. I got all the information from my technician Riley. Helen seems to be useless. See update below. More

Went to Aventura Jeep dealership to service my car and told me will take 2 weeks to see what’s wrong with it, and then plus time to get it fix actually, came by Hollywood Jeep, got it done in 1 day! Amazi told me will take 2 weeks to see what’s wrong with it, and then plus time to get it fix actually, came by Hollywood Jeep, got it done in 1 day! Amazing!! Thanks for the great service More
