In one word, AMAZING! I have been dealing with Allen Turner since 2018. I am on my third Hyundai Santa Fe (2013 Sport, 2020 Limited, and now 2024 Calligraphy). Most of I have been dealing with Allen Turner since 2018. I am on my third Hyundai Santa Fe (2013 Sport, 2020 Limited, and now 2024 Calligraphy). Most of my dealings are with service, as I have all of my routine maintenance done here. They are an amazing team. But today I want to give praise to the three people that were a part of the process in my recent purchase, the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy I have been dealing with Robin Wolff in late 2023 and she has been keeping me abreast of what was transpiring with the 2024 Santa Fem, as it was not due to come out until 2024. Even through a surgery for her, she never lost touch. We worked together to see which level I needed to get everything that was important to me on a car. I received a text early on 3/9/24, and I was driving away with the Rockwood Green Pearl. I love it! She listened and I could not be more pleased. After the sale was final, she walked me through some of the multiple features and set up my phone a HUD adjustment for me. Robin is never pushy, she's knowledgeable, and professional. Everything you want in a salesperson. Vince S. needs to be noted for assisting Robin. I dealt with Lexi when it came to the finances. She, too, was amazing. VERY knowledgeable in what she does and is a forward thinker. She saw warranties I had on the 2020 that still had time left, so she put in a request for credit back and said a check would come in the mail. She made me feel as if I mattered and all of her attention was given to me, even when she was typing. Cudos to all three of these amazing people!! Thanks More
