Friendly service I have never experienced the awesome customer service like that at Honda World. To say they are caring, professional is understatement. They truly go I have never experienced the awesome customer service like that at Honda World. To say they are caring, professional is understatement. They truly go beyond in making you feel important and valued. Everyone is polite and smiles, even those who are passing by will nod head. I only became acquainted with Hibdas 2 years ago---but I will never buy anything but Honda again---not only because they have great cars--but their customer service goes beyond. Never in 20 years combined of owning Fords --did I ever experience a tenth of the attention, service and positive attitude that I have received in 2 years from Honda. Just a simple oil change I am treated great. And it's not just me--I watch/hear how they interact with all the customers waiting to have cars serviced. William Bradley went above during my service oil change and Lewis Ray took me on test drive for new 2016 and he was awesome. More
