When I received a better offer from another dealer, they matched it, no questions asked. When my trade-in came in lower than I wanted, they came up to my asking price, no questions asked. They lowered the price of an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty for me, and I didn't even have to ask! They spent over an hour going over all of the technological bells and whistles with me, so I feel like I really know my new Pilot very well already.
