Once we decided to purchase the car, it was a very smooth process from getting our trade in appraised, setting up financing, and signing all the paperwork. Pricing was reasonable and there were not a bunch of add ons or high pressure upselling. Lew made sure all of the OnStar features were set up before we left for our drive home with our new truck. More
