I made my first big purchase of a vehicle yesterday. I was a bit nervous and not sure how the purchasing process worked. Mike Buedel made everything so easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable w was a bit nervous and not sure how the purchasing process worked. Mike Buedel made everything so easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. He walked me through every step, even during the finance portion. When we were finished and the car was now mine, Mike walked me to an area to pick up my car. I was so happy to see the car with a big red bow on it! After a few pictures, we sat in the car and he went over every detail that I needed to know about the control's. There were so many, but he made sure I understood it all before I left. Every employee made sure I was well taken care of by introducing themselves and even offering water and snacks. I left with my new car feeling excited, and sure I made the right decision in choosing Land Rover/Jaguar in Schaumburg, IL When you decide to make your next purchase of a vehicle, I would highly recommend you choose this location and ask for Mike B.!! I am thoroughly impressed with the way this dealership took care of our family's emergency situation. They worked with us and found us an option that fit our needs. Truly, were it not for how amazing they took care of our family's emergency situation. They worked with us and found us an option that fit our needs. Truly, were it not for how amazing they have been, we would have been completely screwed. Further, they were incredibly accommodating during this worldwide emergency, giving us a huge amount of comfort and feeling of security in doing business. I cannot emphasize enough how bad this would have gone for us were it not for the efforts of these people. More

Sales process was fine, reaching a deal took a while but was professional and cordial. However virtually all aspects of delivery experience was flawed. We had a 9am Saturday delivery (arranged on Thursday). was professional and cordial. However virtually all aspects of delivery experience was flawed. We had a 9am Saturday delivery (arranged on Thursday). Two other cars in delivery bays no new owners present. Our car pulled up at 9:47 and they planned outside delivery. I said NO put it in a bay. We were to have all weather floor mats which were in the car on test drive but not on delivery. Wheels had noticeable break dust and we were given wrong information about process to have wheels painted. To his credit Mike A was VERY apologetic and tried to make things right but these are experience errors that should not take place on high end vehicles. So while the sale was fine the delivery experience left a bad taste in our mouths More
