A Most Pleasant Surprise My wife and I decided to stop by the Herb Chambers Lexus dealer in Sharon one afternoon just so my wife could experience driving an SUV ( RX350 ). We My wife and I decided to stop by the Herb Chambers Lexus dealer in Sharon one afternoon just so my wife could experience driving an SUV ( RX350 ). We had pretty much decided on a vehicle to replace her current lease but that all fell apart at the Lexus store. We met Rob Williams, a sales & leasing consultant and the rest was history. His product knowledge was second to none. He made us feel so comfortable we felt as if we had know him for years. His attention to detail was fantastic. He answered every question we asked in a professional and warm manner. Rob worked out the perfect deal for us with his sales Manager, Johnny Saghbini ( another wonderful person ) and we finished off with Chris Gabresi ( another wonderful guy ) and we drove home in it a few days later. Rob took us through their entire location including the service department, their repair area and the snack bar and customer lounge. The delivery day experience was thorough and painless and we learned a lot about our new vehicle from Rob. If you are thinking of checking out a Lexus you have to ask for Robert Williams and tell him that Mike and Leslie highly recommended him. More

The whole experience exceeded all of the expectations that I ever had about high-end luxury auto manufacturers. Walking into the dealership at the time of my appointment, I immediately felt a sense of pride, prestige, and ownership. I was promptly greeted by the front desk, who was so friendly. Cheryl S. introduced me to Mike C., who was my sales consultant. He was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of this one particular Lexus model that I was there to see. He listened, advised, and followed through with his words and always made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the process. We went for a test drive and it was then that I realized, this would be my next car to own. My next step was meeting with Chris G., who was my finance officer. He was proficient, motivated, and diligent to find me the right loan package that complimented my financial need. Needless to say, he went above and beyond his duty to get me the best fit. Surely I initially had some reluctance of letting go of the car that I was trading in. However, the decision to move forward got easier to accept every time when I’d take a look at my brand new 2015 Lexus IS350 AWD F-Sport. After sealing the deal, I went home feeling totally satisfied with the exceptional level of professionalism, attention to details, and the consistent code of conduct exerted by Team Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. At the end of the day, I gained the confidence to believe that I received a lot of value for my business here.
