I was one of the first few people to come into service in the morning and it took almost 3 hours for nothing more than an oil change. The people were friendly though. There's no waiting room, no visible vend the morning and it took almost 3 hours for nothing more than an oil change. The people were friendly though. The service center took over 3 hours for an oil change. I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours. When I asked how long it will take as it was now 5pm I was told it would be another 20 mi I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours.
