This was our first time going through the lease process, and we appreciated Harrison's patience and knowledge as we were making the decision to lease versus buy. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer several questions over the course of our decision that ultimately lead to our decision. We were also picky with the color of Accord we wanted. He was willing and able to partner with other store personnel to solidify a color we were happy with even though they didn't have the color at their dealership at the time. This was something I hadn't experienced any where else before, and we were very appreciative. Overall, we felt the customer service skills and team atmosphere at Luther Hopkins Honda was extremely good. We will be repeat customers because of this.
