He was patient and understanding (I missed appointments when life took over). He got me the exact car I wanted with a smile. The day I went to pick up my car, '16 Chevy Cruze, Leon was unable to be there He made arrangements while in the ER himself to make my purchase happen. Hari, my finance manager, was additionally phenomenal. He was quick and efficient. He was knowledgeable and explained everything along the way, even though this was far from my first purchase. While waiting for my turn to sign my paperwork, everyone that passed me asked if I needed anything from water, to a seat, to assisting me with setting up my Bluetooth and OnStar (Juan was ever so gracious in the absence of Leon).
