He was courteous and had, or was able to get, answers to all questions that we had about the truck we ultimately purchased. The only dissatisfaction we had was that we did not get a Owner's Manual for the truck and when we asked Leon if and how we could acquire one he was VERY passive about it. We are now struggling with no way to learn how to operate the truck's functions and accessories; radio, clock, a/c, 4 wheel drive, etc., plus we have no Manufacturers Schedule for Maintenance. Your Service Department was very well represented by Cory Alvord as well as Austin Sims of the Finance Department. More

Got me what I needed Ben Davis was willing to assist me in getting myself out of a vehical that had recalls on it and caused injuries to myself. The day I went to pick up my car, '16 Chevy Cruze, Leon was unable to be there He made arrangements while in the ER himself to make my purchase happen. Hari, my finance manager, was additionally phenomenal. He was quick and efficient. He was knowledgeable and explained everything along the way, even though this was far from my first purchase. While waiting for my turn to sign my paperwork, everyone that passed me asked if I needed anything from water, to a seat, to assisting me with setting up my Bluetooth and OnStar (Juan was ever so gracious in the absence of Leon).
