Although I talked to sales reps from other MB dealerships in person and on the phone, there was no doubt in my mind that everything being equal, I would return to Ray Catena and talk to Leon before purchasing a new car. Although all the reps I have talked too at the other dealerships were knowledgeable and courteous as Leon, I have come to "trust" Leon which in my book is the key factor on where to place my business.
