He checked, called us back and told us it was. When we arrived a few hours later, Leon had already made sure the vehicle was cleaned and it was waiting for us at the entrance to the dealership. Leon was wonderful, gave us the facts, was not high pressure, listened to our concerns and got us an extended warranty for the used vehicle. We were very happy to work with Leon and Hyundai of St. Augustine. We would HIGHLY recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Leon was a true professional. Wonderful Experience We drove to Hyundai of St.Augustine after attempting a sale in Jax. As we exited the vehicle we were greeted by Leon. Very polite, fun guy. We DIDN'T get the "used car salesperson" pitch or attitude at all. We got his oppion on questions and his answers weren't geared toward the more expensive vehicles but the one that would best fit our family. Leon took his time to make sure we were comfortable with no pressure. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Hyundai of St.Augustine. Ask for Leon. He will treat you with respect and a great attitude. It's sad that all the vehicles I've purchased since living in Jax I've always had to purchase them outside Jax. Don't waste your time in Jax check out Hyundai of St. Augustine, you wouldn't regret it. They're worth the drive. Ask for Leon. If you ever have to use their Service Department, ask for Debbie. Easy process! Nice Staff! Yesterday was my second time purchasing a used car from this dealership. I had a great experience both times. I worked with Leon who greeted me promptly and knew exactly which car I was inquiring about. I was so impressed by the amount of time he took to show me how to use the car. I've never owned a hybrid car before, so he spent lots of time explaining how everything worked and showing me all the extra things the car can do that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I never felt like I was being over sold to or pressured the entire time I was there. Now the important part...the actual sale. I did my research beforehand and can tell you that this Hyundai dealership has the best prices for used cars in St. Augustine and Jacksonville. Having said that, there's not a lot of wiggle room for negotiating the car price down when you're there. Again though, even without that wiggle room you're still getting a great deal. The car I purchased was priced a couple thousand below what other dealerships in the area were asking for similar vehicles. I walked away with a great car at a great price....I've never been so excited to drive to work before! More
