They answered all my questions honestly, they sent me additional pictures I requested, they arranged a loan to fit my budged and then, delivered the car to my door. I had moved from another state where I had dealt with one single dealership for many, many years and dreaded finding a new dealer when I moved to Florida, but these guys renewed my faith. When I get ready to trade in my other vehicle I will contact them first to see if Hyundai of St. Augustine can help me once again. Do not hesitate to deal with this firm through e-mails or online. I had never gone into a Hyundai dealership before, however, we were looking for a car for my son and after checking several different car deals, they I had never gone into a Hyundai dealership before, however, we were looking for a car for my son and after checking several different car deals, they seemed to have the best one. Even though my husband and I were purchasing the vehicle, they treated my son respectfully, shared with him all the pertinent information necessary for him to make a informed decision. They went out of the their way to make sure we understood the financing process and the Hyundai difference. I highly recommend this dealership!!!! More

Very happy! I happened upon the Kia Soul in the car trader app. I had already been lured in to other dealerships with bait ads that didn't exist anymore,and I was I happened upon the Kia Soul in the car trader app. I had already been lured in to other dealerships with bait ads that didn't exist anymore,and I was not expecting it to be there. The car was real, it was perfect. I have iffy credit, but that worked out too. Leon was very helpful, he knew I wanted the car, and he made the whole experience very easy. He was very upfront about everything, and I never felt pressured or unsure of what I was getting. I have never been car shopping before and I think the hardest thing is dealing with cars sales people who act as if they are completely on your side, when really they are working you. Leon never did the honeyed voice , he just listened and did his best to accommodate me. I am very happy.AND I love the car! Jack was great too! More
