He took us straight to the car we wanted to see for a test drive, no pressure to upsell. During the drive, Leo was able to point out features we may have missed and was quick with a joke making the ride feel much less awkward than other test drives I've taken. Back at the dealership he immediately gave my husband, and I space to discuss the car in private without hovering nearby which allowed us to talk candidly. Leo was informative, friendly, honest and thorough making our car buying experience a dream. He was even understanding of our desire to see another car at a different dealership before making our final decision - absolutely zero pressure!!
