Atlantic Hyundai for my 80 year old mother today on May 19, 2023. My initial experience with a salesmen by the name of Matt Threadgill was a very bad one. I asked to deal with a new sales person & was assigned to Ritik Khanna who was reasonable to deal with. My mom arrived to complete the purchase today & was treated rudely & when she sat down with the finance manager it was a nightmare experience. Ritik Khanna called me to complete the transaction & the Finance Manager was extremely rude to me & my 80 year old mother, they hung up on me. Needless to say we did not make the purchase & will never deal or recommend Atlantic Hyundai to anyone, they are disgustingly rude & try to take advantage of customers & are very shady with their private financing & do not participate with the Hyundai Financing offers thru Hyundai. Beware of this dealership they are xxxxxxxx to put it mildly.

John we tried working with you and your mom but when you are making demands on delivery we can not do, it makes difficult to have a great experience. Also, we worked with you over the phone, came to a deal and you changed it on delivery. You have been difficult with several staff members to the point your mother apologized for your behavior. Even if we had made the deal, it seems you would not have been happy.

Incorrect and we have the recorded calls of us suggesting a new salesperson. You never asked Matt or anyone to reassign your mom. Have a great day. You have the right to do business with anyone you wish but when you inflict your attitude and personal issues toward people on a business it is a bad reflection on you and in return your mother who was as kind and sweet as anyone can be.

Unfortunately Atlantic Hyundai's Standard is very poor at best. I have talked to many people about their car purchasing experiences, as well as mine at Atlantic Hyundai & they have been a nightmare to put it lightly. My 80 Year Old Mom was at the Atlantic Hyundai with a check in hand & Atlantic Hyundai was rude, vulgar & deceptive to both of us which caused us not to purchase at their dealership. Your message to me is a little to late & I will not recommend your dealership to anyone & will continue to tell everyone about our extremely bad experience at your dealership.

Atlantic Hyundai is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, they are now spewing lies to cover up their bad business practices. The deal was complete with check in hand they tried to tell us how much we had to finance to benefit their business profits, which is not in line with Hyundai's Finance standards. There were no demands on delivery as they are stating we wanted to only finance $6,000 & pay a cashier check for the remainder & the finance manager was irate due to it not being what he wanted. I asked them to produce a document that stated limits on financing & they said they didn't have a supporting document for that. They also stated that we had to keep the loan for 6 months before paying it off which is not Hyundai Finance Standard practices. Atlantic Hyundai is also lying concerning my mom apologizing for poor behavior, I had a bad experience with the salesman Matt in which I asked management to assign us to a different salesman & my mom told Matt she was sorry it didn't work out with him. In no way is this an apology for our extremely overall bad experience at Atlantic Hyundai & their extreme bad business practices.

Once again Atlantic Hyundai is spewing lies, I spoke directly to Matt & requested a manager to assign me to a new sales rep. Then was transferred to Andrew & spoke to him to request a new sales person to handle the deal. After speaking to Andrew I spoke with my mother & she went back to the dealership & was assigned to Ritik Khanna & I dealt with him on the purchase deal. You need to check you so called voice recordings & you will see that this is the truthful version. Stop being condescending & concentrate on your business practices.

John you never asked to have your mother reassigned. We as a dealership reached out to your mother and the management team spoke to your mother who told us that since your girlfriend left you that you have acted this way being rude to people. She said she like Matt but that you would not allow her to buy a car if she worked with Matt. Sandra Dellolio, the Internet Director and Lekwa Nnate met with your mother when she came back in and we assigned her to RK who you seemed to have a good experience with on May 13 but again when you changed the terms at delivery on May 18 is when we decided that it was not in our best interest to go forward. I find it funny that you are writing like you came into the dealership when you do not even live in the state and never came in. You made your mother uncomfortable how you acted that she apologized to Lindsay Parisi regarding how you acted. Maybe you should speak to her and get the facts straight on the apology, because she did it multiple times to our staff.

Your dealership is disgusting & your business practices are disgraceful.
I handled the entire car purchasing deal with Atlantic Hyundai for my mom. I asked Matt to talk to a manger to assign me a new salesman. Once a new salesman was assigned my mom went back to the dealership & we then made the preliminary deal to purchase. Your finance manager was rude & called off the deal due to his personal restrictions to finance.
Ed Brightman was a great salesman and very communicative
with everything. We got exactly what we wanted and he made sure all the paperwork was done correctly from out of state.
