Great I've never been disappointed in the service since Lee Shuster has been my Service Advisor. Older Toyota Sienna needing some major repairs Came in for an oil change and found I needed some costly repairs mostly, due to age of vehicle. Lee Schuster,my service advisor for many years, took g Came in for an oil change and found I needed some costly repairs mostly, due to age of vehicle. Lee Schuster,my service advisor for many years, took great care of me (as he always does). He thoroughly explained the repairs, and I know he will only recommend repairs that are needed. It is so nice to have someone you can trust. I keep driving from Lewisville to Richardson for all my service because of Lee, and there is another Toyota dealership within 8 blocks of my house. Everyone at your dealership is friendly and knowledgeable. Toyota of Richardson is great. More

Service I bought my Avalon from this dealership, and continue to have it cared for by their service center. I have an assigned service manager, so I know who I bought my Avalon from this dealership, and continue to have it cared for by their service center. I have an assigned service manager, so I know who will be handling, and organizing the service for me. Whether it’s mechanical maintenance, or tires, it’s done and ready in a timely manner. Since my car is a Toyota, it doesn’t need a lot, but it’s reassuring to have such a professional backup available. More

Toyota of Richardson continues to get it done . I have been taking my Toyota trucks here for years now. Lee Schuster continues to take great care of me and I know that I’m in good hands with him. . People are generally wary of taking their vehicles to dealerships, but I can’t imagine taking my truck anywhere else. More
