It was a quick and great experience. I like that Maita Toyota Employees know their jobs and perform them very well. I also like that the employees are very friendly and polite. Freindly, timely, and quality service Drive in, Service guy was friendly, informative, and quick. Explained the procedure, estimated time wait, and introduced me to the waiting area. Very long wait but in the end I was satisfied with the serve I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. I do have some qualms with the dealers who I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. I do have some qualms with the dealers who roam the service department to prey on the customers. I was approached 3 times and twice they were unable to answer very simple questions about their inventory! More
