POOR SERVICE I received a coupon for an oil change and free brake inspection in the mail. I called, scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and I received a coupon for an oil change and free brake inspection in the mail. I called, scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and free brake inspection (the brake inspection was noted on the coupon). I arrived and presented my coupon and after some wait in the service bay and paperwork, I took a seat in the waiting area. Close to 4-hours later, after an extremely long wait, while paying my bill, I learned that my tire rotation had NOT been done! The tire rotation was extremely important to me and I was very disappointed that it had been overlooked and left incomplete! In addition, I found it concerning and distressing to sit and wait approximately three hours before receiving an initial update/notification as to why things were taking so long! As reluctant as I am to say it, the experience with Maita's customer service was very poor and indicated a complete lack of attention to detail! I left regretting I'd ever made the appointment! Needless to say, it's unlikely that I'll return, and I can't, in all good conscience, recommend Maita's Service Center to my friends or family! More
