Always satisfied with the service department It’s always a pleasure working with Layne Ciminel to get my vehicle serviced. I forgot to mention to Layne that I wanted my battery replaced. When they started my MDX, Layne mentioned that the battery is getting weak. He probably saved me a service call for a dead battery. I’ve had all my Acura vehicles serviced at Spitzer and I’ve never had any issues with the service. The staff at Spitzer is always friendly and very accommodating. More
