Since I am VERY particular about the vehicles I buy, it was nice to see that she understood that from day 1. I ended up ordering a new Telluride EX and couldn't be more pleased so far. And it only took about 5 weeks from order to delivery! Upon delivery and even after, Laurie has made sure that I understand all of the features on the SUV. And believe me, there are many! Aside from Laurie, the dealership's management and support staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Thank you Bill Bryan Kia! More
