An air filter was added without my consent. My 2024 let's you know when the filter needs to be changed out and it had 40% left on it. Then I pulled out the lot and my passenger rear tire almost fell off after I went a block from the dealership. I made it back and had them pull the tire off to inspect the lugs and studs which was destroyed they then pulled it in the back and changed the studs and lugs. I finally left and a bolt was jammed behind a plate on the wheel and the rotor the master mechanic finally got involved and fixed that. All in all it was a full day event. Lauren did the best she could with the situation. More

Lauren is great, she really knows what she’s doing and she really tries to help you in the best way she can I’m going to always ask for her when I make appointments obviously you must be shorthanded in th she really tries to help you in the best way she can I’m going to always ask for her when I make appointments obviously you must be shorthanded in the service department is self because I was told to bring my car in leave it there for a week they look at it and let me know what was wrong I could not leave my car there for a week for them to just have it sitting there so I kind of Age at the point but I brought it in they told me it would be ready in 3 to 4 days but it was ready the decks day so I appreciate that oh and by the way Legacy does not do loaner cars for that week that it was going to be sitting there, which is totally ridiculous, but it all turned out in the end and Lauren was awesome More
