We are still learning all the bells and whistles on the CX90 as my last car was a 2003 Suzuki XL7, very different vehicles. Doing the financial part of our transaction with Lauren was a breeze. She also was very polite and professional and got us through all the paperwork in short order. I wish other dealership could be as good as she was. Our experience was better than what we expected at a "car dealer", Matt was not pushy at all and let us take our time to look the CX90 over and test drive. We were planning on doing a lot of on-site shopping before purchase, but after Jeff showed us what we had (and we did online comparisons with numerous other dealers) we took the big step and made the buy. I am a Michigan resident, and had been shopping for vehicles for 3-4 months. I settled on Mazda in part as I've had several Mazda vehicles in the past. As a discriminating buyer, I wanted the Polymetal vehicles for 3-4 months. I settled on Mazda in part as I've had several Mazda vehicles in the past. As a discriminating buyer, I wanted the Polymetal gray in a CX-5 or CX-30. I also targeted the turbo as a preferred model, and discovered there were not many late model used in either model. I visited a local dealer and test drove the CX-5 and CX-30, but neither were in the Polymetal gray, and the prices were not negotiable. I noted my vehicle in a Cars.com add, and contacted O’Daniel. My salesperson (Logan) was prompt in his reply, and even used his own phone to send me a video of the vehicle, which helped me decide to make the 2 hour trip from Kalamazoo. I was able to test drive the CX-30 (6500 miles) , and made an offer on the car which was accepted. The price was super reasonable, and the car was also Mazda Certified Used. I was able to get window tint on the driver and front seat passenger while I waited for Logan to arrange drivers. They drove the car right to my door, for next to nothing! Given different state guidelines, I had to wait for the Indiana title prior to registering the car in Michigan, but the time was well within the guidelines given to me. I spoke with others at O’Daniel as well, regarding extended warranties and vehicle protection, and everyone was friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend O’Daniel as a Mazda Dealership whether you live in Indiana or elsewhere. Given the prices of automobiles, one wants to trust and be comfortable with the people involved, and end up with the perfect car. O’Daniel Mazda of Fort Wayne, IN is that dealership. More
