My son was fine but I was so upset about my dream truck. I'll never forget...it was Sunday 11/3/24 and I contacted my salesman Charles Catania to let him know what happened. 30 minutes later Charles called me back and told me that he contacted BMW and they offered me an exception to rebuild my truck. In just under a month my new truck was at the dealership ready for me to pick it up. If that isn't what customer service is truly about then I don't know what is. Charles has always made my multiple purchases nice and simple and he's the main reason I stick with Circle BMW. More
