Shopping for a new car Is extremely intimidating when you don’t know the business and you don’t have time to really shop around. You can only hope to be treated with respect and be in the best hands possible. There’s no question in my mind as to how honest and genuine Larson and PHIL are with me. They know me and my history so well by now that I walk in , they are prepared to just get it done for me. They move fast and only to secure the best deal possible. They are direct and patient every step of the way. Today we were helped by Justin as well. It was my first time working with him and he is the kindest person. He too shows genuine care and concern . Surprised I’ve always had 5star service at this dealership, but this one was very disappointing. I had a 7:30am appt and asked for the shuttle. I understood it I’ve always had 5star service at this dealership, but this one was very disappointing. I had a 7:30am appt and asked for the shuttle. I understood it didn’t start until 8:10ish and was willing to wait. Around 8:20, I asked when the shuttle was ready and they said it had already left and couldn’t get him to come back. My service writer addressed the issue and set me up with a rental. The enterprise person had just gotten to work and all his equipment was not setup and one device had a dead battery. Getting a rental car seemed longer than it should. After I picked up my car, I noticed something had been drastically changed with the Driver’s seat. I had to come back to ask what had been changed because I couldn’t figure out how to fix the settings. More
