They're keeping my car because I can't pay them for diagnostics that they weren't supposed to do until they got ahold of me first. I called Lincoln/Ford customer service and they called the GM and he said no that I can't have my car until I pay. This is only a diagnostic check mind you. They've done nothing to this lemon I was sold. Keeping my car!!!??? More
