I had a price in mind for our purchase of a new Odyssey, and they were in that range right away. That saves us from an uncomfortable experience. Like all businesses, they need to make money, but were very easy to work with and quoted me a fair price our on transaction. Their service is also fair and honest, yet not pushy. I found out I could have gone through Costco and purchased the same car for about $1000 less with their auto discount program. When I used the Edmunds Value finder on your website it gave me a trade purchased the same car for about $1000 less with their auto discount program. When I used the Edmunds Value finder on your website it gave me a trade in value of $26,600. I belive I was given $1200 less than that for my trade value. My pilot was in very good condition and even had options included on my vehicle that the Edmund's pricing did not even factor into the trade value. I would recommend taking that Edmund's trade value tool off your website if this is not what you use to value cars. My sales rep said they use a different method of calculating the trade value. More
