I had a good experience with the dealership. The purchase was a fairly cut-and-dried situation. Felt fairly safe regarding Covid19--glad everyone was wearing masks. The only negative was that when I went back later for the "tutorial" with car-expert Matt, he was double-booked and the folks that drove in in front of me were able to keep their appointment with him and I was left having to ask my original sales person to explain car features that I didn't yet understand. The double-booking was not Matt's fault--he was on vacation when I made the appointment, so someone forgot to tell him. I was disappointed--I'd made that appointment with Matt over a week in advance and it wasn't honored. No one could even find a record of it. More
