Although I wanted to get a forester but due to the chip shortage they did not have it, so I went with what they had which was Okay. Sales work was excellent. Aaron is very responsive - very good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 1 good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 10 different ongoing support options each costing $1,000. You can easily spend another $10,000. Come on guys - you can do better than this. I don't make spot decisions to spend $1,000 here and another $1,000 there. Not a good process. Hated the entire finance process. More
