I thought I was going to buy a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander and spent a lot of time researching these vehicles and test drove both several times. Well, I decided to stop into the Subaru dealership to check out the 2019 Ascent because I saw one at a restaurant in a parking lot. When we got to Subaru I used the restroom and when I came out my wife had already talked with a salesmen and he brought an Ascent to the door so I could test drive it. Well the rest is history. we filled out the papers that evening for a 3 year lease. We leased the Touring model and it has all the bells and whistles. We love it. More

Same with the Finance Dept: Landon replaced Mike but both have been a joy to work with. The person who deserves most of the credit here is Sam, the Sales Manager. I want to talk about a quality not often found in sales: compassion and empathy. It was Sam who made the sale happen, and it happened because of those two qualities that are so apparent in Sam.
